My , my , it’s been a while since I have shared an update. I feel like I’ve hit the ground running since I’ve been home from Malibu.
Quick run down… I have been practicing Color and Sound Healing above FLOATSTL Mid-Town. I see clients on Monday’s and have really enjoyed the opportunity to hold space with so many incredible people. If interested in an appointment please contact me.
Just incase you were wonder… I still have time to paint some wonderful pieces of art. Some would call their passion second nature …However, I can never not see colors and artwork in my head so I’ll call mine first 😉 Especially after my schooling amazing next level vortexes Tama Do taught me and how much more I see color and inspired to guide with my gift of synesthesia.
With that , I do currently have work featured at Randall Gallery 13th North St. Saint Louis
I also, started doing a little live recording on Facebook. Really have enjoyed the feed back and it’s a neat way for me to get out of my box while staying in 😉 as well as working on Twitch(for artist) account which is another live stream social media app. I’m most proud of staying current on Instagram that took me a while but I think I’ve created a flow that works well for me and possibly easier for people to see me as an artist. It’s always a growing process.
As of now… I am on the grind grind grind grind. My second level of schooling for color and sound healing is in Switzerland 🇨🇭 (Brennan’s and Sir’s level 1 intensive) and we are working ever so hard to get there. Leaving everything to life’s plan and the rainbows and fairies;) while still working hard to catch up on daily bills blah. They say if you can see it , you can be it ; so here’s to the big dreams for our future 🙌🏽. June 11th will hopefully be the fly out date.. I’ll do my best to keep you posted here however if you click the follow button on my Instagram or Facebook you might find some quicker action.
Thank you for being here on this journey with me. I’m ever so looking forward to many more stories to share with you. Until next time…

My first task was to in my journey… to Connect to Spirit in Nature – “Divine Intelligence that will allow me to connect and awaken my vitality, aliveness and divinity.”
(I have some notes here that I’ve started writing out of my note books during my my process. I will continue to update edit (grammar / selling) until one day the notes become part of the website/ blog page itself…)
I after applying to TAMA DO, I have received the opportunity to start schooling to become a practitioner this Fall. I will be studying Sound, Color, Movement( Qi Gong) and Aromatherapy.

Part of the schooling is in a Sound Garden in Malibu, California and the other is in the Mountains in Switzerland. Im looking forward to my journey ahead but more importantly the opportunity of sharing this experience of Colour Therapy with you. Below Ive listed some general info on what Color therapy and Tama Do are. I also provide some links if you wanted to explore more information. If you have any other questions or just want to share some stories with me please send me an email , etc. and Ill be happy to reply/listen.
What Color Therapy / Chromotherapy is? Color Therapy provides colours to the electromagnetic body or the aura (energy field) around the body, which in turn transfers energy to the physical body. This makes chromotherapy the most effective among various therapies. In other words Chromotherapy is a method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colours) of electromagnetic to cure nondegenerate diseases. It is a centuries-old concept used successfully over the years to cure various diseases. Each of the spectrum colours is simply light of varying wavelengths, thus each colour has its own particular energy. The energy relating to each of these spectrum colours resonates with the energy of each of the seven main “chakras of the body”. If you can imagine the chakras/energy centres as a set of cogs/wheels, they are rather like the workings of a clock or an engine; each cog /wheel needs to move smoothly and at a similar speed for the clock/engine to work properly. Thus good health and well being is achieved by a balance of all these energies (or the smooth running of the cogs/wheels). Colour therapy can help to re-balance these ‘wheels’ by applying the appropriate colour to the body and therefore re-balance our chakras.
Research behind Tama Do
Tama-Do Academy was founded in 1988 by French musician, composer, acupuncturist, researcher and bio-energetician, Fabien Maman, whose revolutionary biology experiments in the early ’80s showing the impacts of acoustic sound on human cells, created the field of vibrational sound therapy, as we know it today. (His studies started with Albert Einstein’s Relativity Theory.) For nearly 30 years, Fabien Maman has created research and practical applications using Sound, Color and Movement® to balance the body, mind and spirit through the subtle energy fields (aura). He has created serval techniques through the Academy and is in the process of developing several more. For more information please visit their website here.
So much to be thankful for and carrying gratitude on my sleeve for the FLOAT STL staff. Thrilled to announce!! I’ve been working on new pieces art with a deep focuse in colour therapy over these last several months. In this time I had been invited & accepted to display them at FLOAT STL new location in Maryland Heights.
~ I currently have four on display. The art above is one featured that you can view & purchase starting November 9th 2016. I’ve continue to lean to the title Emerge. As in “I’m here to see my freedoms of life and how my relationships grow. An energy that transpires through my paints & brushes as one would journal a love letter home; It’s where my energies are allowed a natural – intuitive space for my rawest self reflections of communications to emerge.
