I have spent my life asking questions; not just about art but about what it means to be human.

My work is rooted in curiosity. I am drawn to the spaces where color, sound, movement, light and the natural world intersect with human perception. I pay attention to the subtle things most people move past ~ the way an environment changes how we feel, the way a color carries memory, the way rhythm settles the body and the way creativity helps us reconnect with ourselves.

I don't believe art exists only to be observed. I believe it can be experienced, lived with and used as a tool for reflection, awareness and transformation. Whether I am creating a painting, developing a method, teaching a workshop or gathering people around a shared experience, my intention is the same to create spaces where people can pause, notice and remember something true about themselves.

For more than eighteen years, my practice has continued to evolve through experimentation, research and lived experience. I am continually exploring how creativity and the senses influence the way we think, feel, connect and move through the world. Every project becomes another question, another observation, another opportunity to better understand ourselves and our relationship with the world around us.

I don't create because I have all the answers. I create because I believe there is value in remaining curious. I believe that paying attention is an act of care, that creativity belongs to everyone and that even the smallest shift in awareness can change the way we experience our lives.

Art has always been my way of listening. It is how I explore, how I learn and how I invite others to do the same.
