Happy New Year! I’ve been holding on to this one. Can you believe I have more to say after that last post. (giggles to self)

After much consideration and awesome feed back from my first recordings. I’m excited to announce that I’ll be hosting  live recordings on Twitch and up loading videos to YouTube 9pm of me painting, color therapy, color mixing, sound therapy and more bi-weekly. Join me and learn more about colors , sound and my artistic life in general. Ask questions. Post comments. I’m here!

Mix It Up Monday’s : I mix colors and share their scientific theories – healing properties.


Tune In Tuesday’s : I create a new piece of artwork using the color I mixed on Monday. Sharing my feelings and experience with the color Blue 

Finish It Friday: I do finishing touches of the work I created. 
FIF videos will include a time laps of the work I did during the week leading up to FIF live streams.
